EXPOSING PEOPLES PARTY.

To the ruling class herein refered to as the Peoples Party of Joyce Banda and her abusive cabinet serving as the executive in Malawi. Dont be so emotional wait a second.Neither it’s a cold war or personalising matters but it’s for the interest of the general public.Sit down and relax, pause and reflect what iam about to say and reveal. Yes, you have heard me right, Peoples Party is very nasty, clueless ,brutal and a bunch full of evil minded and crooks executing government duties by coincedence.Iam very much aware of the anguish, confusions and pressure this will bring. Go ahead and bring my head before the queen or kings or crucify me if it may please you for this peace of writing.

Let’s get to the bottom line:

1. Only if the Peoples Party regime with our president Joyce Banda cared for Malawians,For sure there was no way government could have  allocated 1.3 Billion Kwacha out of 18.3 billion in which the 1.3 Billion Kwacha was  equbrillum to  purchasing of  only  11.700 metric of maize out of  80.000 metric tonnes requirement having a shortfall of 68.000 metric tonnes  risking the country to hunger  which has already struck some major parts of the country having abag of Maize going at an average of 7.500 Kwacha just two months after the harvesting
2. Government underfunded ADMARC and NFRA inorder for the two entities to fail the procurement of maize and inturn awarded People like Mpinganjira with a contract of over 420 Million Kwacha in addition to the procurement being made by the Liberty company which is currently buying Maize in Mchinji and Zambia as well as involving One of the daughters to the president in such purchases which she is doing in Mkanda area of Mchinji.
3. There is a dubious contract being awarded to Zambian Fertilizer Company to supply the fertilizer for 2013/2014 Subsidy program valued at 60.1Billion Kwacha in exchange with helping her excellency get maize from Zambia to beef up the stock in Malawi.
4. Only if the Peoples Party regime cared for Malawians, For sure there was no way the government could fail to allocate enough money to stock for maize and procure essential drugs and went ahead to buy ministers cars   costed   at 1.6 Billion Kwacha without following proper procedures  when there was no matter of urgency in such a procurement and Malawi going through hard economic hardships.
5. How could a caring government with little stock of maize already in its Silos facilitate the informal e xporting of 140, 000 metric tonnes of maize when Millions of Malawians strived for it.
6. How can a caring government force   ESCOM  to pump  in  35 Million Kwacha to SafeMtherhood initiative when hospital have no anti rabbies drugs and lives of Malawians being exposed to danger
7. Only if PP government was responsible enough, Let the Law act on Sidik Mia who is serving as a Minister of Transport currently for being connected with the syndicate of purchasing of voters registration certificates from People in Chikwawa which were to be used in the voting process in 2014 Tripartite elections and currently being protected and despite evidence that the Minister is implicated in the game.I just observed  that the matter now is in the hands of Director Of Public Prosecution (DPP).
8. What is going on with the FISP, in 2012/2013 budget, the PP government allocated 40.6 billion Kwacha for subsidy program and in the 2013/2014 budget the program has been allocated with 60.1 billion Kwacha (to be given to Zambia fertilizer Company) yet some 44.000 farm families have been removed from the program without consultations and proper reasons and how will the issue of food security be addressed in such a way.
9. President Joyce Banda sold our Presidential Jet at a loss of 7 million US $ from the initial price of 22 million US $ in which it was bought with allegations that she wanted to raise money to help Malawians but until today what has the nation be told on the matter especially what the 15 million Kwacha has been used for and why is she using chartered planes in other occasion when she sold the jet.
10. What is the impact of having 2 growing seaons to reduce food insecurity as you proclaim when your government trims over 40,000 of Fertilizer Input Subsidy Program beneficiaries accrediting to the previous 1 year of poor implementation of the project already after 8 years of successfulyy executing it?
11. Was the labour exportation deal a gold digging move for  the Peoples party and few selected individuals who have so far pocketed the millions on the allerged South Korea labour deal?Are you going to pay back that money from the coffers and poor Malawians? Whats the significance of launching a youth job creation initiative when all that comes from the initiatives  are lies and dreams  from the president herselves backed by the ministers of infromation and labour.Do I need to remind you again that all the noise and the ambition we heard of such a labour deal  the best achievement so far well known  is  fooling Malawian over 100.000 youths that they will be taken to South Korea for employment and all was set when for sure they were fallacies.-How many youths have benefitted so far from this initiative only if you care for your youths?
12. Only if the Peoples Party regime cared for Malawians, how can they justify the procurement of ESCOM poshy cars at 1.4 Billion Kwacha when they failed to raise money equivalent to that for maize purchasing and hospitals running out medicines such as those of labies risking lives of Malawians.Is that what you call transformation?
13. What has government done so far to the illegal 76 million US $ it gave to Apollo company from India? Clear evidence is there that Minister of Finance Ken Lipenga misused his powers which resulted in 6 good errors in the evaluation of the Apollo bid for a contract to design,supply,construct,install and commisioning of irrigation networks and fuel reserves?What about the brobery of 1 million US $ which was made?
14. Where were the well wishers wen Peoples Party needed them most.Who are these well wishers who bought you cars and busses at a price of 700 million Malawi Kwacha?Was it not a tocken of appreciation Apollo promised once given the mult Billion Kwacha contract?
15. Only if the Peoples Party regime cared for Malawians, How many electricity meters could ESCOM buy from the 1.4 Billion Kwacha and connect thousands of Malawians out there on their pending list or reduce the problem of blackouts and access to electricity?
16. Only if the Peoples Party regime cared for Malawians, how could Joyce Banda with her accomplises serving as senior officers in the Ministry of Health come up with a move for public hospitals to be offering paying health services? What has happened when for the past 10 years Malawians have been enyoying free medical heath care in government hospitals as insituted in the republican constitution.Where will these funds go, another campaign money raising initiative?
17. Only if the Peoples Party regime cared for Malawians, just in ayear how a Ministry of Health alone could continue experiencing shortages of drugs when they continue misusing and failing to account for over 2.27 Billion Kwacha just in 1 year through misprocurement, overpayment to contractors and how much will we loose this year? How many Tonnes of maize could government buy with those misused funds?
18. Only if the Peoples Party regime cared for Malawians,how should Malawians strive back to dictatorship with leaders of Brown Mpinganjira calibre.What is decentralisation when an incumbent Member of Parliament and other implementing partiners  should go and kneel before a mere Ministrer of Irrigation inorder to carry development projects in a project site  just for the Minister  to show his powers?Is that not abuse of powers backed up by the siting president?Where is Mpinganjira getting such powers to surpas the constituion and Ministry of Local government by introducing his own protocol of development.How many Ministers have ever done that since Malawi became a democratic state in 1994?Where else in Malawi has that happened and the President is sitting idle relaxing and watching rural Malawians denied development.
19. Only if the Peoples Party regime cared for Malawians, why should the president trim allocationfrom ministries and government departments just to have some peanuts for her SADC Office which had no allocation and will surely bring nothing tangible to the Malawians.Is SADC going to bring us food?Will SADC give us drugs?Will SADC recover our economies?Will SADC ensure rule of law?Will SADC benefit the rural Malawians?Hell No!Is that not misusing the public office and resources madam President?
20. If Peoples Party cared for Malawians, why have they kept quite on the maize that got rotten?Are Malawians not entittled to have an access to that information?What are you hiding from the Public?How will Malawi believe you that the maize got rot when its clear that the same maize is the one you went distributing claiming that you bought with your money?where did you got the money to purchase that maize,the cows you are distributing as handouts among others?

What a hell is going on with this Peoples Party regime? Does the president with her cabinet have time to think and reflect over some crucial matters affecting Malawians? Hell No! Take it from me Malawians, this government is not really what we wanted and voted for rather an accidental caretaker regime backed up by the poor constitution Malawi has.Am not just saying this but I have taken some time to think, reflect, research and relate the previous regimes we had with MCP, UDF and DPP.For sure there a lot of irregularities with this current regime just in a year.Pause and reflect.
