Big Bullets Are The Luso Television Soccer Challenge Champions.

The celebrated Peoples Team in Malawi, Big Bullets aka “Maule ” has defeated their fellow Blantyre counters parts Mighty Wanderers in the Luso TV Challenge which took place in the capital city- Lilongwe. The challenge involved four teams which played their first round and as follows:

First leg was on Saturday 21^st September 2013

a)      Big Bullets Vs Silver strikers’ in which Big Bullets won 1-0

b)      Might wanderers Vs Epac  in which Mighty Wanderers won 3-0

This automatically granted The Big Bullets and Mighty wanderers to the finals of the challenge as EPAC could meet Silver strickers for the 3^rd place.

On Sunday 22^nd September 2013,The mood was that high in Lilongwe as the crash of the giants was to be glanced at CIVO stadium. The morale seemed high for the Mighty wanderers as the Bankers rallied behind them (aganyu).

The two rivals fought a 90 minutes goalless match   before penalty shootouts. The game ended  in favour of Big Bullets with 4 goals (Fisher, Fisi Matama ,Douglas Chirambo and Henry Kabitchi) against  Mighy Wanders 3 .the mighty wanderers missed 1 penalty and the other one  went in the palms of the goal keeper, It was the penalty kick of Henry Magest Kabitchi which made the Big Bullets heroes of the day.The Big Bullets scored 4 penalties and 1 went in the palms of the goal keeper where as Mighty wanders scores 3,missed one and the other one went into the palms of owen Chaima.

Among other noted faces present at the venue was Minister Of sports Enock Chihana and Justice Saidi who is the principal secretary (PS) in the same ministry.
